What is the cancellation policy?
Your appointments are very important to us at Salon Radiance. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. You will receive a reminder email if you have used our online booking system.
- Less than 24 hour notice and "NO Shows" will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- For our first time clients, your stylist may require credit card information to hold the appointment time in case of enforcing our cancellation or no shows policies.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Salon Radiance policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash & checks. Most stylists accept credit cards but be sure to check with them before arrival.
Can I just "walk in" without an appointment?
We can accommodate a walk-in customer most of the time! However, we cannot always guarantee instant service. To make sure that you don’t have to wait, we encourage booking an appointment.
Can I come for just a consultation?
By all means! Please feel free to call us to set up a free consultation time with one of our talented stylists.
Why do some of your prices vary?
It is difficult to have a flat price for some services because individual needs and preferences vary from person to person. That is why some of our prices may vary, depending on the time the service takes. Also, all of our stylists are independant. While most of them maintain the same price parameters they can vary slightly from stylist to stylist. Call your stylist for exact pricing.
Do you provide special services?
Yes, we offer special services for special occasions such as bridal showers, bachelorettes and birthday surprises. For details and special pricing, please contact us and we will get you in touch with out event stylists.
What is the salon childrens policy?
Because we love kids we ask that any children must be supervised at all times while in the salon. If they are not receiving a service they must remain in the front waiting area with an adult not receiving services at all times and are not allowed on the salon floor. We have many sharp and hot objects that can pose a danger to your children.
Another thing to keep in mind is that we like to keep the environment relaxing for all of our clients. Rightfully so, children get bored waiting around, and start crying and getting restless which becomes a disruption to the rest of the salon. Please make arrangements in advance if you plan on coming into the salon for your own personal services.
